Aluminium Putty





Aluminium Putty for dependable non-rusting repairs to aluminum castings, machinery and equipment widely used in HVAC applications. This non-sagging, two-part epoxy is easily mixed and moulded to form odd shapes if required. Heavily reinforced with aluminum powder, it cures to a non-rusting aluminum-like finish, ideal for repairing aluminum parts.

Aluminium Putty Mixing Guide and applying Method :
1. Mix yourAluminium Putty in compliance with the instructions in plastic bowl.


2. Take a small piece of Aluminium Putty and begin pressing it into the crack or chip in your ceramic piece. Press enough Aluminium Putty so that it extends higher than the original Aluminium surface. Allow it to dry according to the drying time.
3. Take a piece of medium grade sandpaper, and gently sand down the Aluminium Putty you filled the crack or chip with. Make sure to avoid sanding the area around the Aluminium Putty. Sand until the Aluminium Putty is at the same level as the rest of the surface so the two surfaces are cohesive with each other.
