High Temperature Alumina Putty for dependable non-rusting repairs to aluminum castings, machinery and equipment widely used in HVAC applications. This non-sagging, two-part epoxy is easily mixed and moulded to form odd shapes if required. Heavily reinforced with aluminum powder, it cures to a non-rusting aluminum-like finish, ideal for repairing aluminum parts.

High Temperature Alumina Putty Mixing Guide and applying Method :
1. Mix your High Temperature Alumina Putty in compliance with the instructions in plastic bowl.


2. Take a small piece of High Temperature Alumina Putty and begin pressing it into the crack or chip in your ceramic piece. Press enough High Temperature Alumina Putty so that it extends higher than the original Aluminum surface. Allow it to dry according to the drying time.
3. Take a piece of medium grade sandpaper, and gently sand down the High Temperature Alumina Putty you filled the crack or chip with. Make sure to avoid sanding the area around the High Temperature Alumina Putty Sand until the High Temperature Alumina Putty is at the same level as the rest of the surface so the two surfaces are cohesive with each other.
